Payment Policy

What is payment policy?

At Peppermint Cleanings, we keep payments simple, flexible, and transparent. Here’s how it works:

One Time  & First Time Services

To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is required upfront. This ensures your time slot is reserved and our team is ready to serve you. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.

Recurring Residential Services

​For weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings, payment is due on the day of service. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash/check at completion. For added convenience, we also offer secure card-on-file billing or automatic invoicing so you never have to worry about handling payments each visit.

Vacation Rentals & Commercial Properties

For rental turnovers or ongoing office cleanings, we offer monthly invoicing with Net 7–15 day payment terms. A deposit may be required for first-time services or large-scale turnovers.

General Terms:

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled service may result in a fee equal to your deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled service within 30 days.
